Q: What is the best before date?
A: Our chocolate dates last up to 3 months and will need to be stored in a cool and dry place away from any direct sunlight. Room temperature is preferred.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are dispatched within 3-4 days of being placed as all products are handmade to order. We use first class recorded delivery as our standard delivery option unless otherwise discussed. This can vary during busy periods of the year.
**Please note - orders made after 9am on a Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

Q: Can I pick up my order or is it online only?
A: Our kitchen is based in Hackney Wick, London. All orders are shipped once an order is placed. However, if you have placed an order online and need to pick up due to time constraints, you can contact us via phone or email to arrange pick up. We will need at least 24 hours notice to prepare your order.
